Our Staff

All Subee Pty Ltd staff are thoroughly screened prior to commencement of employment to ensure that they not only meet with the strict industry regulations and compliance, but also that they fit our person-centric approach to servicing clients. The minimum prerequisites for our roles require: criminal record clearance, a Working With Children Check (WWCC), and a thorough reference check. All staff must have a minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Aged Care, Disabilities or Community Services equivalent and a current First Aid Certificate is required. Our staff are required to attend mandatory training in skill areas including: Manual Handling, Infection Control, Medication Assistance and Elder Abuse and other topics relevant to the individual care needs of our clients. Our workforce comprises a wide range of skill sets and roles such as: case managers, Registered and Enrolled Nurses and disability and aged care support workers. Subee also has access to allied health care services including: podiatrist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, seating specialist, spinal cord injury management support services, brain injury services, behavioural support and palliative care support.
