At first, we were realistic and stoically accepted our new challenge of doctor visits, hospital stays, treatments emotional and physical decline. Until a simple unexpected accident caused trauma to my head followed by surgery and weeks in the hospital. At first, our loving and generous family took charge and unselfishly made sure all our needs were met. With their own life, work, and family commitments it was not possible to sustain, and it became obvious we needed extra care and help.

The staff, nurses, office, personal carers, and domestic assistance providers are friendly, cheerful, and professional. They arrive on time do a good job and leave us feeling happy and satisfied. Our service coordinator has always been non judgmental, respectful and willing to investigate any requests or suggestions we make towards our ongoing needs.

We feel confident and safe that our future is in good and capable hands. Our greatest wish is to continue living in our home and are confident this is achievable with the help of Subee.
