We are seeking experienced and motivated Community Support Workers in the Coffs region assisting with 24/7 service delivery.

Your role will include:

• In-home Care
• Personal Care
• Community Access
• Respite Care
• Domestic Assistance
• Medication Assistance
• Meal Preparation
• Transport
• Shopping Assistance
• Welfare Checks
• Documentation of client progress/reports
• Working with NDIS and Aged Care clients to fulfill their short term/long term goals

• NDIS Workers Check
• First Aid Certificate
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Certificate III - IV Individual Support/Aged Care or relevant qualifications

• Previous experience in the Disability or Aged Care sector
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• The flexibility to work a varied roster
• Permitted to work permanently with no restriction on hours (e.g. citizen, permanent resident) (Preferred)

• Under our new EBA level 3, the highest-paid community worker will receive $31.73/hour
