Our Aged Care supports, available in both Coffs Harbour and Newcastle, are provided by our well-trained support workers. We can assist you with Clinical, Independence and Everyday Living Supports. When you choose Subee as your SAH support provider, one of our Care Partners will visit you in your home to learn about your needs, goals, and preferences. Together, we’ll develop a personalised support plan that fits your lifestyle and funding.

If you need help at home, to do tasks which are no longer as simple as they used to be, there are funding packages available to access services which might help.
WHO PROVIDES THE FUNDING?
The Australian Government funds different types of aged care. They established
MY AGED CARE to help you find and access the right government-funded aged care service to suit your circumstances.
FUNDING HAS CHANGED
Since 1 November 2025, aged care funding has changed.
Having one streamlined program, instead of many, should be fairer, simpler
and more flexible. The new funding program is called “Support at Home”.

Subee can provide you with assistance to do your laundry, shopping and preparing meals.
DOMESTIC SUPPORT
Our Cleaning team can provide you with weekly/fortnightly/regular cleans to help or a once off clean to get your house back in order, or a spring-clean. Our Gardening team (Coffs only) can help with mowing, weeding and rubbish removal.
Independence Support

PERSONAL CARE
Subee personal care supports include assisting you with showering and dressing, continence management and accessing and administering your medications.

TRANSPORT
Our Assisted Travel Service provides experienced Support Workers or Registered Nurses to accompany you door-to-door, ensuring your journey is safe, comfortable, and stress-free—whether for appointments, family visits, or holidays.
