Subee provides Aged Care, Nursing, and NDIS Disability Support Services in Coffs Harbour and Newcastle.
Our services include providing nursing and clinical care, personal care, cleaning, and respite services to families, the elderly, and the disabled.
We are registered NDIS Disability Service Providers, iCare and Support at Home Aged Care Service Providers. Our services can help you continue living at home and maintain your independence. We also offer support with your health, your home and your ties to your community.
Subee (pronounced Soo-Bee) has been helping families like yours for over 30 years. And we are still a local, family-owned business.
What services do we provide?
Subee care teams, in Coffs and Newcastle, include Support Workers and Registered Nurses, who can provide:
- personal care,
- cleaning
- gardening (Coffs Coast only),
- domestic assistance,
- respite for carers,
- nurse or support worker-assisted transportation, and
- clinical and nursing care.

NDIS Disability Support
We are a registered NDIS provider.
Our well-trained support worker teams in Coffs Harbour and Newcastle provide Disability and NDIS Support. We provide NDIS support, including Respite Care and NDIS Support Coordination (COS – Coordinator of Supports) for NDIS participants.

Aged Care
We are an Approved Home Care Package and Support at Home Service Provider.
Our Aged Care supports, available in both Coffs Harbour and Newcastle, are provided by our well-trained support workers. We can assist you with personal care, domestic duties, cleaning, gardening and transport.

Nursing and Clinical Care

Subee’s Registered and Enrolled Nursing staff can provide Nursing and Clinical care, if you are an out-patient, new or existing client or just need short-term nursing care..

Assisted Travel

Respite Care
Respite care for families and carers
Subee is an approved NDIS, Home Care Package and iCare provider, providing Respite Care for families and carers in Coffs Harbour and Newcastle.

Cleaning Services

Subee’s Cleaning team services are available as an NDIS and Home Care Package Support service or for residential or commercial clients.

Gardening Service
Helping you keep on top of your garden chores
Subee’s Gardening and Mowing team is available as an NDIS and Home Care Package Support service or for residential or commercial clients.

Emergency Accommodation
Short-term, Crisis accommodation
Albany Cottage: for short-term, crisis or emergency accommodation, holiday supports, and respite care for disabled visitors to Coffs.

Family Support
VOLUNTARY OUT-OF-HOME CARE PROVIDER
Subee has been registered by the Office of the Children’s Guardian to provide centre-based, Voluntary Out-of-Home Care: VOOHC.
How we work
Our Staff
Our staff include Registered Nurses and aged care and disability Support Workers. They provide tailored services to each individual client and are available 24 hours a day.
Our staff provide over 50,000 hours of care to our clients per year and travel over 4,000km per month to provide help to families in the Coffs Harbour & Mid-North Coast and the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast & Hunter Valley areas.
Subee has been accredited under the NSW Disability Service Standards and the Attendant Care Industry Standard, 2013 and Aged Care Quality Standards. You can be assured that Subee takes these standards, our accreditation, training and regulations very seriously. So, you’re in safe hands.
And all Subee staff are thoroughly screened prior to commencement of employment including criminal record clearance/police check and Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a thorough reference check. All staff must undertake annual mandatory training, have a minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Aged Care or Disabilities or Community Services equivalent or, 3 years suitable industry experience and must have a current first aid certificate.
