We are a registered NDIS provider.
Our well-trained support worker teams in Coffs Harbour and Newcastle provide Disability and NDIS Support. We provide NDIS support, including Respite Care and NDIS Support Coordination (COS – Coordinator of Supports) for NDIS participants.
We are an Approved Home Care Package Service Provider.
Our Aged Care supports, available in both Coffs Harbour and Newcastle, are provided by our well-trained support workers. We can assist you with personal care, domestic duties, cleaning, gardening and transport.
Subee Coffs Harbour and Subee Newcastle staff include Registered and Enrolled Nursing staff, who can provide Nursing and Clinical care, even if you aren’t an NDIS and Home Care Package client. If you are an out-patient, new or existing client or just need short-term nursing care, get in touch to see if Subee can help. And we can also assist you in accessing required medical supplies and equipment.
We have recently introduced a new service. Because for longer journeys to a medical appointment in another city, visiting family interstate, or taking a much-needed holiday, travel can be challenging when you have mobility limitations, medical needs, or accessibility requirements. Our Nurse Assisted Travel Service is designed to make your journey safer, more comfortable, and less stressful. We provide an experienced Support Workers or Registered Nurses who can accompany you door-to-door, providing the assistance you need along the way.
We also have experienced Community Support Staff, and wheelchair-accessible vehicles, available to taxi you or your clients, safely, to local destinations and appointments. This service is available in Coffs Coast and Newcastle area and you can book online (click here for Coffs bookings or Newcastle bookings.)
Subee is an approved NDIS, Home Care Package and iCare provider, providing Respite Care for families and carers in Coffs Harbour and Newcastle.
Subee’s Cleaning team services are available as an NDIS and Home Care Package Support service or for residential or commercial clients.
Subee’s Gardening and Mowing team is available as an NDIS and Home Care Package Support service or for residential or commercial clients.
Albany Cottage: for short-term, crisis or emergency accommodation, holiday supports, and respite care for disabled visitors to Coffs.
Subee has been registered by the Office of the Children’s Guardian to provide centre-based, Voluntary Out-of-Home Care: VOOHC.
