What is the Consumer Advisory Body?

The Consumer Advisory Body is a group of clients, their carers, and representatives who provide structured feedback to our organisation. It is designed to ensure services remain person-centred, transparent, and continually improving.

• Family members or carers
• Consumer advocates (non-professional representatives)
